'SnackHarbor started from a vision: introducing true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, familial business with recipes that have been in the family for many generations.

Marco Rossi, our pioneer, perfected her pizza-making skills on her visits across Italy, learning from renowned pizza chefs in Naples – the pizza's homeland. After her return to the UK, her goal was to replicate the Italian pizza experience, using age-old techniques and top-notch ingredients.

Our small 12-seat eatery has now become a cherished community spot, all while maintaining our dedication to supreme quality and originality. We still bake our pizzas in traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and carefully select the best produce available.

Nowadays, 'SnackHarbor is still in the hands of our family, with the Rossi's second generation at the helm of our devoted crew. Despite adopting new methods, the essence of our work stays the same: serving scrumptious, genuine pizza that gathers folks together.
